lots of missing water textures?

Hey one of my friends is missing a lot of water texture in his radiant. Including dynamic water which is what he wants. Ive tried sending him everything in my files that have to do with dynamic water but his still wont show up? Is he missing a patch file? Or does he have to convert them himself? Or will hitting the converter in launcher fix it?

Just asking and any help will be appreciated, thanks.

Maybe something in settings? Only missing in Radiant? Or overall in mod tools?

No he was missing a lot of water textures in his files, cause everything i sent him with water_dynamic didnt overwrite anything. They dont show up in radiant when he selects surfacetype/water. He only has 9 textures when he selects water in radiant? I have over 40 and not sure why his is missing so many? maybe he's missing a mod tool patch or something right?

Yeah, np. Hopefully it's fixed someday cause it would suck to not have dynamic water. Thanks for trying

There are a bunch of modtool updates, are you sure he didn't miss one?

Ya I would try a fresh install of the mod tools again. Just musta had a bunk install the first time . And make sure the brush/patch in radiant isn't larger than 512x512 but you would have notice the error when compiling I guess. Anyways hope u get it all sorted out.

I had the same problem over times, delete the materials folder and re-install
and maybe go to usage/liquid?
