Its not against the rules.
The rules say if you want it on the UGX map manager, it needs to be with the UGX installer. But its allowed here
Anyway? why does that bother you...

Oh well then excuse me, I didn't realize. My upload speed in 40kb/s, is it that much of a problem if it stays with the ZM instaler? Cause it will take hours for me to re upload.
