Is there a way to get more than 4 perjs if so how?
If you complete the soul meteors step you get a free perk. If you throw QEDs near perk machines you have a (small) chance of getting that perk. There are 3 blue perk bottles hidden around the map and if you shoot all 3 you get a free perk. And finally if you complete the main EE you get all the perks permanently for the rest of the game.
