Is the first place for the mystery box fixed? Every time I start a new game it always spawns in the room with stamin-up

I figured out most of the easter egg but not all of it 
. However I will not say anything just in case the creator doesn't want me to.
But there is a glitch that occurred when I had mule kick and I went down, I still retained my third weapon but every time I got a weapon it was added to my inventory instead of replacing the current gun I was holding.
