Do you have dogs enabled in the script but no dog spawners?Do not. The map usually runs past Round 7, but on occasion not. Having an occasional match with no zombies past 7 could be a problem..

Run your map with developer & developer_script set. Assuming your maps scripts aren't complete garbage you should be able to load into the map and see whats going on.
