I've tried debugging this with the creator and nothing has worked. I've had this PC for 7 months and T4M used to work, eventually it started to just crash my game, not even show it launching on steam, but just gives me a crash error. I've verified my game integrity, reinstalled it countless times and it still doesn't work.

As you can see here it's more than enough to run WaW and used to run it with T4M perfectly. Just all of a sudden ANY version of T4M won't work.
If anyone else knows any fix please tell me. There's so many maps with T4M that I'd love to play and I'm just missing out.

They put on T4M as a last resort to make map work, since its already in a non-functioning state without it, my suggestion would be to try the regular custom maps made throughout the years since only recently there have been a surge of T4M maps known for having texture issues & breaking specular maps or as in this case not work entirely. i never play t4m & never have any problems so here is a couple honorable mentions you can try:

Encampment
Kino: The Rebirth V4
Bus Depot

I've tried the maps you've listed and enjoyed them.  But other maps I play get updated needing t4m and I end up missing out on the update, I just hope for a way to get it to work and if anyone else has had the same problem and resolved it.

Yeah, no version works, I've been looking around the time I started having crashes and what I installed then to check for conflicts, and I still got crashes

I swear your issue is one of the biggest things I really hate about Windows. There's like nothing I can do to figure out what the cause is, I'm assuming you installed all MS V++ Redistributables (from 2007 up to 2015) but yet it doesn't work.

It sounds like you and I have the same issue.  I installed it in the Root Folder, and gave it a run on "Firing Range V1.1".  Alas, I was not successful as well.  I attempt to load the Map.  No loading screen, just a bar that doesn't fill up, the screen blanks out and it crashes.
