I myself, am a Mac player, my problem is on most custom zombies websites and forums is that when you select "download" it will most likely take you to a file sharing website, but the file being downloaded is AN .EXE or a zip that unzips to an .exe, so I ask moderators and admins to persuade map-makers to put the maps in a file format with the files AND an exe file so mac users can also play the maps. OS X can't play World at War only Windows can (Linux might be able to with some haxy stuff), but Mac is a definite no.

An OS X version of WaW has been released but hasn't been updated to version 1.7 which means you won't be able to play most of the latest maps. I recommend you install Windows as a secondary os to play it on your computer properly or use Wine (at least that's what it's called on unix based operating systems).

Wow, I just found out how to play waw if you have mac! Follow these instructions precisely:

1. Travel to Hawaii.
2. Go the the largest volcano.
3. Hold your mac above your head and yell "fuck you apple".
4. Drop your mac into said volcano. It is at this point that God will forgive your sins.
5. Go home.
6. Buy a pc.
7. Play WaW.

Yes, I know you all are saying macs dont work but I haver a mac, I have 1.7 and it works perfectly fine.

By the way I am using wineskin winery to play waw and not steam
