This error sounds familiar but I can't quite put my finger on it. Have you added a lot of structural brushes or anything since you were not getting the error?

Uncheck "compile vis" in launcher.

If that doesn't work you probably have a brush with lots of holes in it.

Vis is never ticked in launcher.

But no worries,i made a whole new map,and just copied everything from mods>oldmapname to mods>newmapname
