i have reinstalled it removed it and i have tried also i cant make a profile can anyone help

Did you check if your antivirus or firewall is blocking it?

i have antivirus or firewall at the time i installed it and i still don't now a year later

I think here is a special .exe you need to run yo activate the game.

It's possible that the activation servers are down at the moment but I doubt it. Possibly your account is still bound to your last install and thinks the key is still in use - but I've never ran into that issue in the past.

If all else fails just buy a new key, they're cheap: http://www.cjs-cdkeys.com/products/Call-of-Duty-5%3A-World-At-War-Cd-Key.html
