So I keep getting this problem in multiple maps saying "exceeded 400 fx" and I was wondering how to fix this.  Hers is a screenshot of one of the mods files.  Any help would be appreciated.

Check for loose files in appdatas mod folder, not in specific mods folder. If there is something, that is not mod, like images folder, some IWD files or such, then delete them

Okay, do you have mod tools? Or are you getting this just by playing maps? Sometimes there is an error with the map. Other times could be there are loose files in your mods folder in appdata as said before. You can also try moving all those files in your mods folder to another folder, then move the one you want to play back and see if it works with only that folder in there. Not to say what your problem is, only to start isolating the issues.
