So all i want is to try and get my starting weapon to be the 1911 from black ops. Problem is i tried all the porting gun tutorials and nothing has worked yet.. I cant find the Xanim for the weapon also :( !

Anyone help me? Feel free to call me a n00b  :-\

Well you shold specify what exactly isnt working... But i guess what you mean is the sprint in and -out anim not working. The easy solution to this that the bo1 colt is using pullout and putaway anims in exchange for the sprint in -out anims. Also if you are going to want it look like in bo1 (shiny n stuff) this tutorial of mine should help :)

No like i can get the model for the weapon just having trouble importing the weapon into my game

Use tom's xanim exporter to convert them to waw format. then put them in ur waw raw/xanim. then edit the weaponfile to match the names of the anims. After that put xanim,ANIMATION_NAME ( replace the caps with the name ). and then xmodel,XMODEL_NAME

Comes up with no matches when i search in the xanim but when i search the whole Black ops folder i only have these -

did you convert the aims yourself? if so check that the type is relative and that you have the right model file set. (this is the xmodel of your gun joined to a viewhands rig)

Why would you want to convert the anims, they're already compiled. Just need to change the first byte to T4's xanim header.
Also open console (Shift ~) and scroll to the bottom (use KP PG DN, to go down the faster), and take a snapshot of what error there is.

if you converted them using hxd or tom's xanim xport's converter; the only thing left to have done was convert the xmodel_export that was supplied by lime/xmodel utils. if you are still having problems add me on skype so i can see your screen and help you. (my skype is n123q45)
