The character models need to be rigged with the world at war rig, since black ops and black ops 2 both use face animations. The viewarms just need to be setup properly in asset manager, you probably have the model set to "animated" when it really should be "viewhands".

And make sure you choose "viewhands" in asset manager in xmodels.
Edit: Realized someone said that already sorry, but I guess this will be a reminder as it was my issue aswell haha.
someone said to not use the bind file that lime made, so I tried using a cod4 bind and set viewhands in assetman but it still looked kinda weird, so I tried the bo2 bind like normal and set viewhands in assetman and they turned out fine, the thumb kinda goes into some models but its hardly noticeable and was worse with the cod4 rig 




im gonna try to fix the player model next
