For the tutorials of Treminaor i am making maps of zombies and multiplayer too (maybe Redention), for the tutorials of Codmapper i know how to put detail on the map, for Darkmapper, Aidan and Paragalor i know how to put cod 4 weapons, Radimax when i see he's map i think "i need work more for be the best"(i never going to be the best LOL), Wing3d for your map "Bar" the park of the alley i can make my map more creepy.

i agree, ugx puts the most work than anyone in their maps

Im actually quite sorry that the Usas12 and the Xm8 dont look very good.

I dont get motivated by getting money lol, i dont get any and i dont want any. UGX has always been a little group of people which LIKE to do something, we didnt force ourselves on modding haha xD.

Either one. There's nothing wrong with buying models off of websites like Turbosquid - the modelers work hard on the models, we pay them for their work, and in return we get to use the model in whatever way we choose without even having to credit the original author.

Darkmapper is an amazing modeler, but obviously he is still learning - people who post models on TurboSquid and similar sites are industry professionals who have had much more experience than any of us when it comes to making models. Obviously we want to get the best models possible. As of right now we have yet to purchase any models. Darkmapper (and a friend of mine named Justin Strawn) have made all of the custom models we have used (with the exception of the Killing Floor models in UGX Christmas).
