I have to agree. W@W perk maps are a tired premise. The maps get very boring, very quickly, as there is no replay value to them. Having a mixture of perks allows players the opportunity to mix up there style of play.
Take Farm Swamp as an example. It is technically and visually one of the most impressive maps released on the scene, yet the 4 perk limitation means it has next to no replay value. Shame, as it such a work of art.
Neighborhood did it well, by having 8 perks but limiting the player to 4 perks at a time, so each game could be mixed up to add different styles of play.
I know from experience that most people I play with tend not to enjoy 'W@W perks only' maps, but I know a lot of people don't mind it either, so really it's down to the mapper.
Either way, the map looks fantastic, and despite the perk limitation I am still looking forward to playing it.
