From the creator of Fanatic, I bring you my WIP for my second map Annihilation! This map doesnt really have a story(yet, may think of something) I dont really focus on making stories for my maps i focus on the gameplay and features mostly. This map is going to be a pretty huge map(way bigger than fanatic thats for sure), it will have some cod 4 elements as well as black ops and black ops 2 stuff.

The rooms in the first four pictures look like they need a bit of work. I really don't like the chicken scratch font or the hud, it just makes it harder to see how much ammo you have in your weapons.

Hopefully there won't be as many zombies as there were in your first map. having that many zombies in a small area is just pointless and makes it nearly impossible for players to survive.

Ya all the textures will be changed before released, I like having the ammo counter in numbers rather than bullets but i may get rid of the text and leave the default text in, and the number of zombies will stay default. Like i said in Fanatic it was just a test to see how it would do

WOW... This map looks epic and its not even done? Nice job so far I really like the gold camo on the gun! Yeah I agree the textures should be better and there should be almost or no part of the map where you should see the edge of it or white stuff. Nice work cant wait!

Thanks man! And ya I am trying to find a good background to use to cover the entire outline of the map

New Update

Changed the fov to 80, the 65 fov makes me sick and wanted to try this out may not keep it if it looks stupid in waw


also added the crouch and stand icon in the bottom left, similar to campaign

The only thing i have left to do on the mapping side of things, is to add some detail, but i am stumped on what to add. any experienced mappers can give me some ideas?

Nice! Don't put a date on it yet. Take your time and add in detail.  What's your plans for the outside the map at the beginning where you start in the outside area?
