I realize this but you have to keep in mind that I do this on my own time - its not like this is my job or anything with a set deadline for what I make. Usually when I give a date I try to stick to it, but like I said many times, Overrun and Lockdown where tests for the black ops mod - but for Lockdown I gave it a date before hitting about 4 engine limits with the map. I haven't had the time nor the motivation to work on on fixing these issues, because I see it as a waste of time to work on a previous map that needs fixing compared to a new map that doesn't need fixing.

Frostbite is my main project and I can guarantee that this map will be finished right after I am done working on the christmas contest. Lockdown may come when my issues with the map have been resolved.

Well the freezing cold update was quite the update, i like all of the new features such as the 'flinger?' i think its called?
and the fact it feels just like a BO1 map is outstanding JBird

Frostbite Update:

I know its been a while since I've posted anything for Frostbite - but I've been adjusting to a new university and working on other projects (one being leviathan).

One of these "things" I've been working on is the ability to switch from PC to Xbox style huds in the settings. The differences between the two settings are the black ops style hud backgrounds and hintstring icons (minor but definitely gives the players the choice of controller vs keyboard freedom).

I don't exactly know how to remove the poll, so I just edited it.
I tried my best to make dual wield, but knowing that the host will be controlling it would make it too laggy, so I have decided to go with sync fire dual wield.

I suggest that later add a hot fix where you can use true duel wield and for now just do the sync fire

I am not planning on continuing work on true dual wield, as I don't see the point if it would lag too much. It's easy enough to see that even my dive to prone lags quite a bit if the player has a bad ping.

Can't wait to play it!
