Well I haven't played Origins for a while so maybe I am thinking about the upgraded one..?
Always thought that it was the worst staff anyway, I always just grabbed the fire one before anyone else had a chance lol

IMO it was the worst, if I got stitched and ended up with it I would just rage quit lol it's like the fat kid everyone picks last for their team at school..jk  But my personal order would be Fire, Ice, Wind (coz has shit ammo) and then Lightning, but others may disagree...

Ice upgraded my favourite, Wind and lightning would be my least, but lightning i like for taking out the panzers (as well as fire) and lol at the avogrado

it's definitely not always a one hit kill

 but if you plan to have just the lightning staff as your main WW, then it should be a one-hit kill, make it worth having

i think ill make it so it only damages the zombies. cause anyways if charged its a one shot kill and it kills all near zombies. but i was thinking in making so the charged shot would take away 5 bullets. what do you think?

or keep it as it is right now but just doing damage not doing insta kill

about the crystals shining when chargin? i dont think so. i dont know of any ways of making textures glow using alpha channel on waw. and i dont know of a function that can replace the weapon viewmodel . and that would also use more assets which use precious space D: haha

Well I wasn't really talking about the fx, more about having one fire type for pressing the fire key once, and another for holding down the key, not to mention having the extra anims/fx/scripts for the charged up version...bearing in mind you also already have another alt weapon with the revive part of the Staff...

it already has the feature about holding the key.
if you look at the video it only kills one zombie if not charged. then at the end when theres more zombies i charged it and it killed all the zombies o.o

update:
-finished vulture aid(i didnt added stinky zombie)
-fixed bo perks
-definitive pap camo


and have nearly finished the portals and zoning system for the map.

 

i will change the fov to something like 75 btw lol some weapons will have this camo

im starting to like scrolling camos xD
