I think cause that isn't in game is it? Looks like you pasted it on top of a screen shot and painted out the hud with blue... from Industrial Estate
What would be cool is like 3 or 4, or more, of these images with the electric and the glow in slightly different positions. Then someone could loop them in menu and have it look like the electricity if flowing and flickering.

Ummmmm. Edges of that image arn't very neatly cut out. Also, what is up with that random blue drizzle of smurf jizz behind the ammo count? Maybe spend some time on this to animate, perfect design and then you may have something people wish to use. Good quality image though.
