What would be cool is like 3 or 4, or more, of these images with the electric and the glow in slightly different positions. Then someone could loop them in menu and have it look like the electricity if flowing and flickering.

Maybe spend some time on this to animate, perfect design and then you may have something people wish to use. Good quality image though.
