anytime you see a use hand and no hintstring, it just means that the script has not gotten the trigger and set the cursor or the hintstring. There could be a few reasons for this.
1. The script was never called
    a. not setup right
    b. some other modification to a script caused it to skip it
    c. The script was not added or checked during build mod
    d. possibly a few other reasons.
2. The targetname kvp of some entity was changed
3. Maybe a few other little reasons
