Example of the end result:

To post your prefab in this section, you must:

click "New Topic"
On the topic creation page, click "+ Attachments and other options" below the main textbox.
Click browse, navigate to your .map file prefab
If you wish to include extra assets for the prefab such as custom textures or models, package it all into a zip/rar file and attach the zip/rar to the post.

It might be disabled because you have less than 20 posts. I'll check it out and let you know when it's fixed!

Alright I looked it up, found the issue and fixed it. You should now have "post attachment permission" in the "Downloadable Items for Mappers" section!
