The one inch punch is not wind by default, its just more powerful than the regular melee.
also, when you further upgraded the "one inch punch" it gains a element, depending on what staff you were holding when you upgraded

UPDATE: BETA WILL BE AVAILABLE TOMORROW!!! (It's a download with a map, not installable yet).
