From what I've seen (and I've broswed through the entire model and prefab catalog), there doesn't seem to be anything even close to the amount of models seen in the real game. I haven't seen any models / textures / prefabs from maps like Shadows of Evil, the Dead Ops Arcade maps, etc.

Am I missing them or is there a serious lack of assets in the Mod Tools?

This map developer doesn't seem to have any trouble finding the Dead Ops assets like the docks and boats (seen in the second Dead Ops stage) and other assets that I can't seem to find:

Any help would be seriously appreciated!! 

There are a few textures and models from Shadows (search for "zod") but it's not a whole lot. Unless Treyarch gives us more assets (there is no way we're getting all of them) you will need to import models from previous games so you can use them as well.

You can rip the assets from BO3 with Wraith. DTZxPorter is making a bunch of stuff to enhance the tools. http://aviacreations.com/modme/forum/topic.php?tid=69
