which you "should" find in root/zone_source
As for why your fire sounds are uneffected, could be multiple reasons, one such being they are not controlled by note tracks. But more likely a issue with the CSV or not building the sounds ( not actually sure if building the sounds is neccesary as your putting em straight into raw in the right format tho )

Fixed. Weaponfile and notetracks didnt match, he didnt add sndnt# part from notetrack in weaponfile part
