I really didn't want to create a new thread on this, but post merge kind of got in the way.
anyway, yeah. I tried using the UGX wiki tutorial on installing mod tools. the Wiki doesn't include version 1.2.1 which contains perk FX. I still have no telescopic sight on my svt40, even after reinstalling and converting.
Any help is much appreciated.
