initial use of converter in launcher

firstly no sniggering pls. 
from what i can tell this is a very common error message which can be ignored ,aparently.
after installing all mod tools for waw in root. then opening bin then launcher and running converter for first time i get this error
ERROR: dll version number does not match converter version , after a short while of converting.
now the conversion is not complete ,ive seen people say you can ignore this its not a problem ,but how do i ignore this error and continue until conversion is complete .
baby steps please , im sure many others have got stuck at this very first hurdle.

Its basically a microsoft framework required for the program to work. Yours (like mine was) is out of date. Download the latest version from the microsoft website

Heres a link to the wikiok ive tried dl updates but not sure there is not something else i may have not done correctly so gonna try starting from beginning and re installing mod tools again . i actually had an error come up while installing the main mod tool which isnt a good sign.
