How can I delete Kar98k and Walther?

Where do I delete Walther and Kar98k, so they dont appear in map, when used give all? I know this is common, but I know theres a "fix" to this, just want to know what it is

You need them or else you zombies won't do any damage to you - that's their melee weapons.
