If you solved it you should post the solution so it will be helpful for those who may encounter it in the future.

You can include the models, anims and the sounds in one of the fast files' (mapname, mapname_patch or mod) csv and then replace the weapon files with your own weapon files in ugx_mod_weapons.iwd. you can open and edit the iwd files using winrar.

I think you forgot to select some of the joints while exporting. Make sure you select all of them before you export a rigged model.
