3D Ripper DX works wonders

i tried using 3ds max and ninja ripper is 3D Ripper DX any diiffrent?, it works until i get to radient when i open it in radient its like the textures are transparent, they are there but you can see right through them? any ideas
also i included the images in my mod but when i compile my map they are black? any reasons. i converted all the assets in asset manager and everything like your suppose to.
Ninja Ripper does not correctly rip the UV maps, whereas 3D Ripper DX does. Models being black can be because you did not apply white to the model in Maya.
