Hello guys,

I have a question ?

I'm making a scrolling texture that also have a transparent background but in game looks black and when you coming to close it will be fully white ?

I don't know if that is true or something else but is it possible to have a scrolling blend (transparent) texture in the map example:  decals.

here a picture how it looks like:



I don't why the black around the texture is coming that only transparent are :(


I hope that some one can help me with this problem.

Did you use sublayer scroll or normal scroll setting?

I use sublayer scroll because I can't find "texture scroll" or something like that.

Do this: Make colmap completely transparent and apply your arrows in multiply layer. Make "transparent" bits black and base texture, make it to be same as colmap

now it looks like in game at the moment:

sublayer base:  the same as colmap:

also by special surface properties:

"transparent" selected

Add black around the markers and not as transparent BG. If it doesnt work, invert it

okay thank you man, I have it tested but it doesn't work, most I also changing the blend function in the Asset Manager ?

but what very strange is, is when I'm coming closer to the texture and this is happening:



I will try now the blend func out to turn it off :)
