This is a strange question but does anyone know why an odd OWN3D! sign has appeared on a wall on my map:

Nothing shows up on radiant btw.

The "OWN3D!" model means the model you placed in radiant is missing/broken in your modtools.
Check in radiant which model you placed there and see if every file required for the model is in your modtools.
Eventually you can use Asset Viewer to see if you have the model.

Whilst this post was waiting to be approved I did find the culprit though (went to place a model but closed the window so no model was attached to the place holder) but thanks anyway.

Off topic, but could you add a reflection probe to your map? It is kinda annoying to look at the picture since it's all red. Idk if you were going to do it, but just letting ya know 

Yeah, I was just testing all the scripts worked when I took that picture, I have since added reflection probes.
