main menu weird language

I have done all the conversions and compiling for the ugx standalone map for the main menu but when i go to test the map, the main menu is just a really weird chinese language if anyone knows ow to fix this.

Did you compile the UGX Mod mod.ff and correctly move it to your map's folder?

Does it look like this? http://imgur.com/ZD3Pujq i have the same problem as you see, dont get how to fix it. i tried installing new font but didint work
