I'm thinking this is the most popular issue I have ever seen. I think I may have even posted this issue once, lol. It's your kvps. Maybe not these, maybe for "room1", maybe for another zone, or maybe your initial zone needs changed to "room1", I can't tell without seeing all the add_adjacents, but like JBird and JR-Imagine said, that is a textbook kvp or script not matching kvps issue. It could also be that you don't have a spawner set up for a zone, which would be the same as not matching the kvps.

If your initial zone is set up like this:

Then I don't see any issues. It would have to be a kvp with a typo.

Probably only if you catch the typo as your doing it.

When I had this issue it was caused by a very VERY minor zone overlapping, so double check that
