I've never heard of Launcher giving error numbers. Paste the console output into a reply (use code tags)

make sure all of the programs in waws bin folder are set to run as administrator. And also that the file path its trying to access is not read-only

after i make them not read only, the same error pops up. so i go back to the properties and it says read only again!

did you make sure to hit apply? lol. and also did you make sure all of the programs in your mod tools run as admin on start?

im sure everything you said i did ran all as admin and hit the apply but under the the error path files to make em not read only

i had the same problem like this, but with more files giving me the error(s). I can't remember how i fixed it though.

i apolozise for repeating myself but i want to make sure we are on the same page. you didnt just launch the programs you were using right? did you actually go into the bin folder and mark them so whenever this program starts it will run as administrator? example skip to 17:49:
