I don't think those errors are causing the 'Error -1' fail in the compile - those errors are usually harmless. Check the rest of the Launcher log.

i get about 10.000 of theese if patches are flush with eachother or on a wall completely flat they tend to render the wall invisible or have a massive hole where the patches touch so i offset it manually by habig & move some or all verts 0.25 units off the floor or wall in so it "floats" that way both are visible just make sure its non colliding or weapon clip otherwise a player can get jammed between 2 solid patches or solid brush solid patch and cannot get out without killing himself.

Yeah those errors are harmless, probably something else.
