zombies glitch out when near debris

SO with every single buyable debris I have placed around my map, whenever I get close to one, close enough to buy it, the zombies will stop in place and shake there heads for a couple seconds. Any ideas how to fix this?

Yeah only when I get close enough to the trigger

How would I go about doing that? Becasue the zombs work fine after the debris is bought

I am new but if you make a caulk block and make it the same trigger and make it to cover the debris then I guess thr zombies will avoid it until it is cleared. This method worked for me to cover a window spawner from a locked zone.
