Store names?

Quick question. My map is going to be in a city which has billboards everywhere. For these billboards and store names, do I have to use a different name from the actual store names ( like McDonalds for example, am I not allowed to put that in my map?) Because I've been renaming stores and making custom ads and I have like 60 more to go and I don't have enough time for it, so basically, am I allowed to use ads of McDonalds, or forever 21 and other stores and not get in trouble for it?

I don't think its an issue.
People have made McDonalds and KFC maps before and nothing bad happened to them.

Just don't name a store after anything in the Nintendo franchise or else they will bend you over til something tears.
