when it spits these errors, it gives coordinates {for in solid}. What you wanna do is place a script--->origin down and copy those coordiantes from launcher and paste them into the origin KVP on the script_origin. It will fly to the node in a surface. Just zoom out on your 2d view until you find where it traveled to and find it in your 3D (my maps are large so its not easy to find in the 3D) and then just fix the node. Broken paths will be shown in developer 1 when u use the command ai_shownodes 1 all the working paths will be in blue, any broken paths will be a red X not connected to anything and/or a red line
You don't need to make a script origin to check it, just go to Misc - Go to position and paste in the coordinates from launcher. You also don't need to search for it on the 3D view this way as it takes you straight to it

Having a similar problem myself. For your error about some not having connections, there are probably some that are too far apart. As for the nodes in solids I'm not sure. My problem is that when one of my doors gets opened, the zombies dont go through with me unless I slowly lead them right to the doorway, but then they still bug out. The doorway and room is correctly noded I believe so im not sure what my problem could be either
if your using the tutorial map, the path nodes were put in the door
Sounds like you didnt tick dynamic paths on the door

can you show us some screenshots?
Of your doors kvps, your trigger KVPs, a top down view of your path nodes in radiant and your mapname.gsc so we can see how youve set up your zones
