when I use the scriptplacer, my mapfolder only contains these items:


I think that the UGX scriptplacer didn't use the nazi_zombie_tutorial v2.0 files but I'm not sure and don't know how to fix that anyway.

I'm not sure what your missing, everything looks like it's there unless i'm blind. scripts, fx ,materials, etc are compiled with your FF and IWD.

A friend of mine mentioned that there should be way more folders if the tutorialmap is installed.

A friend of mine mentioned that there should be way more folders if the tutorialmap is installed.
And I forgot to say that I get "missing file" errors.

The only folder that's missing is weapons which is included in DLC3_weapons (kind of stupid, i know) and should load with the game just fine.

if your missing a script then find the script that causing the error (located at the end of an error when developer 1 is active) and include the missing script into the offending script by adding the following:

*include maps\SCRIPT_NAME;

Note: SCRIPT_NAME is the name of the missing script. use other *include maps\ for references.

couldn't add code boxs because i'm using chrome. will fix later.

Thanks, I'll try that. I was just worried if i'd have to place thousands of scripts manually.. but there's only one way to find out I guess.

"Server script compile error unknown function level.achievement_notify_func = maps\ zombiemode_utility::achievement_notify; (see console for details)"

It seems not to be caused by a missing script as the console doesn't show such an error..

I had this same error when i started mapping, i can't remember how i fixed it though. with developer set to 1, does the console give anymore information?

because the game isn't sure what to do with it, and after doing some searching i can't find anything wrong that i can see.

At this point i would just download the UGX patch and install their scripts.

something else must have gone wrong, Adding scripts to your mapfolder simply allows you to customize scripts in root/raw/maps without damaging the original version.

I can't really think of a specific reason, i mean my copy of dlc3_code is the same one used in sniperbolts tutorial and i have don't have any issues...

Come to think of it, it might not even be the scripts fault for the error, but the Script Placer that your using... If you want i can upload my version of Hankeys "Sexy" script placer that i use.

If everything else fails, you could try to use the UGX patch which fixes a few issues that sniperbolt's scripts have, but even with sniperbolts you shouldn't be having this much trouble, which is why i think it might be the script placer your using.

Delete the scripts from your map's mod folder (which you pictured above), they are probably not the patched version.

After deleting the scripts recompile all of your FF's and IWDs, and if you are using UGX Mod don't forget to use Project Mover afterwards.
