A friend of mine mentioned that there should be way more folders if the tutorialmap is installed.
And I forgot to say that I get "missing file" errors.

Thanks, I'll try that. I was just worried if i'd have to place thousands of scripts manually.. but there's only one way to find out I guess.

Now I get this error:
"Server script compile error unknown function level.achievement_notify_func = maps\ zombiemode_utility::achievement_notify; (see console for details)"
It seems not to be caused by a missing script as the console doesn't show such an error..

Well, this error appears inside the patched dlc3_code.gsc.
After simply deleting this line (with a backup of course) I found out that there should be some _zombiemode_ scripts inside my mapfolder after compiling, otherwise the ones inside my root folder will be used. These are the only ones which had been there:

Should the launcher install the other scripts or did something else go wrong?

Are there any reasons which could cause script lines to seem corupt when they are actually just fine?
