Doesn't need to be high (in fact some models won't accept 'high' collision) but I didn't realise he wanted it for models, so in that case you need to give the xmodel collision LOD like Hammy says, and also the image I posted this is obviously the material/s the xmodel uses where you change the material type.
Also from how he worded the question it doesn't seem like he has a problem with the collision on the models, he simply asked how to change the material type. If the model had no collision in the first place his question would've likely been 'How do make bullet holes in xmodels?'
