Memory error.. i have 7GBs of ram..

Launcher console reads: (!) UNRECOVERABLE ERROR: EXE_ERR_HUNK_ALLOC_FAILED256
i searched and read this is due to not enough memory, but i even put in another gig of ram (7 total) I had and it still shows up, even if launcher is the first program i open.. help?

Close some programs down, like Steam and Skype, then close Launcher and try again

When i said its the first program i open i meant its the only program open (except for random backround processes)

I have 16gbs of ram. Happens endlessly if I have Steam or Chrome open when I compile, and sometimes when I build my mod. And skype does it to me too.
