To be honest, I didn't even know what he meant by that anyway. The issue seems to be solved now when talking about the 2 scripts he asked me to create. The compiler is still failing to load nazi_zombie_bus_depot.csc though and idk how to solve that.

he means hitting "convert all" in asset manager or the "converter" button in launcher that does the same thing
if you run it, any assets in your mod tools that are not in GDTs get deleted - which will be anything and everything you were ever given
and that script should be in your mod/clientscripts

Ahh shit, I think I hit that the other day by mistake. It gave me an error though as I was compiling at the time so it said a process was already running. Hopefully that isn't the cause of this issue? Will check in clientscripts to see if its there, I don't see why it wouldn't be. It's strange that it can't find it. Thanks for the help!

wouldnt effect the map, only the files like xmodels, fx, anims etc - any asset that had been converted in assman that you dont have the files or GDT for
you would know if you did it anyway,, build mod and anything in your mod.csv "you" didnt port using a GDT will say its missing - or check in assviewer to see if they are no longer there
the file your reporting wouldnt stop it compiling anyway,, would just mean client scripted stuff wouldnt work ( like the DG2 )

The file is there but if that's not what is stopping compile then what could it possibly be? Have tried all sorts of things and nothing is fixing the issue.

copy the map file, copy the mod folder
create a new map in script placer with the old name
copy the map file back over it in map_source, and copy the mod folder back over in the root/mods folder

So make a new map with the exact same name and copy everything back into that map? Presuming I should back stuff up first to prevent it all overriding?

yes, itll then remake any missing files for your map
just remember to save your map file and mod folder or they will get overwritten with blank
