I use harrybo21´s perks(dont know if it affects anything)

It does, it affects everything.

I'm sure he added a var for it, in gsc. Look for perk limit or perk_limit or perklimit or something like that and see if there is a level var for it.

yes, in _zombiemode_perks.gsc, he has a ton of options at the top of the script that you can easily change values for. Max_perks should be there somewhere, just change the value to whatever you want.
