I downloaded the mod tools and all patch, but I still can't convert maps.

You've got the wrong things ticked anyway, no patch, you shouldn't use "run map after compile", you have no mod map selected and your trying to compile something treyarch left in the mod tools that doesn't work anyway
Use a script placer to create a map first - then follow the tutorials on how to compile in launcher coz that's wrong on some obscene new level lol

you try to convert your map but a map create us button "Compile" only
