Heres a picture of what i mean:

My question is how to make anything that lights up glow like in this pic. (btw i screenshot the game and added glow to it in after effects so you guys know what i mean). How would i get this ti work with my map?
It automatically makes the map look nicer and i hope its possible

You would need an FX, theres plenty of tutorials about how to add FX to your map and such, but you would need to look through some of the stock glow FX (if there is any) and use one of those.
For example, pick one like this
and modify it like i did to fit your example, like unchecking certain things u dont need like the long streaks in this example and mabey messing with the scale and color a bit to get it all nice and right for your use
Even better: I cleaned it up for ya, it might look okay in game but im not testing it for u. Half of the FX is in the floor just so u know

i think he just means the "unlit" textures on the wall that "appear" like they glow
Its just a setting in assman, instead of world phong, world "unlit"

I mean like everything glows in exozombies for example. Like I know you edit the vision files to make the character view darker or brighter or what not. Can you make everything the character sees glow by editing the vision file and not using fx?

The whole picture is glowing a little. I took this picture and added glow to it. I want to know how to make the characters view like this where everything is glowing a little

You would use vision files if you want the entire map like that.

EDIT: Nevermind i found out that glow was already an option in the vision file. But would it get as powerful as in the pic?
