So im using some of Rorke's ported weapons in my map, the Olympia worked fine, Thundergun worked fine, then I did the MSMC and got this error. The fixes on the wiki are all for UGX mod maps so im unsure as to what to do.
if someone could point me in the right direction on how to get rid of unused sounds or tell me the best sounds to get rid of it would be appreciated

Delete WaW guns to be replaced with the new guns

Is that the only way? I know some custom maps have 50+ guns. I have under 30.
And do I delete them from my mod or root? Should I back them up incase I want to re add them and do I delete every file or will just sounds suffice?

If so ill delete the sounds for unused weapons such as scoped kar type 99 and dp28

Go to raw/soundalias and go through the .csv and put a # on sounds you know you aren't using (ex. Weapon.csv)

Compile, build mod and run game

I guess Ill look at that tomorrow then, im not using teleporters or dogs in my map so thats a few sounds that can go.

Does doing that only affect my custom map being as it is in the root? Or all maps I download or play?

Doesn't an ignore file work for sounds? I haven't tried sounds yet. It works for fx and doesn't seem to work for weapons, but thought it would for sounds...

I've also seen people who have had to delete their mod from Activision folder, not your modding folder, and then build mod again. It seems some files are consolidated apposed to be overwritten.
