I tried to "clean up the trash" (as in wiki, modtools installation guide) by deleting the folders in root\mods: HumorModTwomp_HumorModTwousermapsmp_usermaps.
Now the converter in Launcher won't work. It finds two errors at the start:

Then it stops a few seconds later after the line flametable.gdf and does nothing. ???
Like a fool I have already deleted the folders from my recycle bin.
Please can somebody send me the 4 folders in question.

Lukkie, sorry but I'm not prepared to use that link. The downloaded file wants to have administrator control, its trying to install 4 programs like EzDownloader and YoutubeAdBlocker. Mcafee also ran a scan that found milicious files.

What??? That's impossible! I don't post any virusses etc. I'm gonna scan it myself. And don't download it with the sendspace downloader, but download it your self. Lukkie1998

I checked the link again to be sure. The file as changed or I did something wrong, can't see what though. The first time I clicked on the link, the file size was 517kb and it was trying to download all sorts of stuff mate. ???
Now the link is bringing up mod folders.zip which is 5.17MB and Mcafee is not reporting any problems.
Don't know what happened the first time but something was a miss, but everything seems ok now, cheers Lukkie.

I thought that but since I deleted them daedra the converter stopped working, but obviously that wasn't the issue. It still won't work aarrgghh
I've only just re-installed everything but the "Converter" in Launcher just doesn't seem to be responding after about 10 secs. it just stops. ???
Once it gets to the flametable it will stop without telling you if its done converting or not. So unless anything else happened, you should be good to go.
