This has already been expained to you here. When you compile, make sure you compile the mapname_patch also, with only "Build Fastfiles" checked.

If you're failing to do simple stuff like this, you might want to check out some tutorials. Here is a playlist of tutorials to get started.

This one in particular isn't common though. If he didn't compile his _patch he would have probably received an error related to dogs WAY before this one anyhow, so either it isn't included or he didn't install mod tools correctly.

To the OP, what does your maps _patch in root/zone_source look like? Does it have this in it:
