As I was working on my revolution MOD I was porting some BO2 viewhands but sadly the viewhands are screwed up:



I hoped that somebody could point out my mistake, I don't know whether it's something I did wrong in Maya, asman or in building my mod. Thanks.

Did you bind them? Also make sure scale is set to iirc 2.54 in Lime.

I followed rollon's tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cfp3EJoFV_I) and I don't really remember if I did something wrong.

So basically I got the models from lime just the normal way, I did everything in Maya and used the new xmodel_export in asman.

The model is c_zom_dempsey_viewhands_LOD_0, it's Dempsey's viewhands from the BO2 zombies map Origins.

Did you set them as viewhands in Assman?

Yes, I even re-did it since I wasn't sure and now I'm 100% sure they're set as viewhands.

So you basically don't use rollon's tutorial at all as you say just bring it into maya and bind it I assume you mean the same bind as model or you do mean a WAW rig?

Also, did you use anything in your mod.csv (I know you have to use xmodel, in order to load it).

by "bind it" he means

drag the model into maya

then drag the bind file into maya (Both of these files are given by lime)

the model will turn pink in wire view

export -> done
